The job, Wetherby Place, is a turnkey development. Jones acted as project manager and interior designer to create two condominiums that feature designed interiors outfitted with state of the art systems and sumptuous furnishings and appliances. The space is furnished with a Calligaris dining table and seats, Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier seating, Noguchi coffee table, Ligne Roset media cabinet, Italian chandelier, as well as a curved ultra HD TV, in classic modern style. The master bedroom and guest bedroom each contain a custom walk in cupboard with beds by BoConcept and Ligne Roset. Custom high end bed linens and window treatments finish the layout.

Wetherby Place 2, a modern space that is glowing, inhabits the third and second floors of the three-story building. Much like the first floor unit, the kitchen features Cabico custom cabinetry, a smooth Krion solid-surface sink, countertop and backsplash by Porcelanosa, and incorporated high- and low level LED ambient lighting. A pop up USB power column in the isle, a Bosch cooktop featuring ‘flex-induction’ finishes the superbly made yet efficient goal of the kitchen. The condominium is furnished with pieces that were extraordinary from BoConcepts Ligne Roset, and Roche Bobois. An amusement system is anchored by a 65″ curved, ultra high definition smart TV and accompanying media. The three toilets have tile and Porcelanosa fixtures, along with warmed towel bars, heated flooring, and rain showers.
