Washington Park Real Estate encompasses an area of over 3000 houses divided up amongst 26 first subsections which were carved from the prairie between 1926 and 1896. The houses constructed were Bungalows Victorians, Denver Squares, and Ranches. Now these same houses have been enlarged, remodeled, popped and scraped, giving us the combination of the old and new, edgy and the homesick that brings us the fantastic mixture of neighbors we’ve.!

The buyers of the houses in Washington Park are classified as great hunters, empty nesters, investors, out-of-towners, and bloomers. Trendy hunters are such who presumed throwing their frisbees, living in a loft in downtown Denver was wise, but who found themselves running with their dog, or playing volleyball in Washington Park. Bloomers are the young families that want more space and, due to growing families, live in the neighborhood.

These 5-buyer groups have lots to select from for their purchases. There are houses in the area which didn’t possess the necessary care over the decades. There are those that were kept, but weren’t remodeled. Then there are the first constructions which were upgraded with kitchens, roofs, windows, and new mechanical and bathrooms. Cost appreciation has been powerful in Washington Park Real Estate over the last 13 years. But, major changes were seen by the first quarter of 2009 in a number of respects. The combination of homes sold has changed. The increase section is not any longer new constructs, but now the bigger bungalows. In comparison to an identical period this past year, as well as the time it requires to sell a house in Washington Park has grown to over 130 days, the costs have dropped.
